How often...

...we go to the gym is important but the way we handle our nutrition is equally (if not more) important. CrossFit as a lifestyle is something I can preach about all day long. Building friendships and community is something essential and can help in your journey towards proper health.

What inspired me...

...to write a book about CrossFit? Training others in the sport of CrossFit always comes with proper programme design which is part of the service that my company Wodstylez Blueprint offers. Being an ambassador of Dumbbell Workouts I decided to write a 30-day training program and I really wanted the presentation of this programme  to be fabulous. Hence, the idea came to present it as a book; designed and written from scratch, by myself. In all honesty, I also had time to spare as at that time the Corona virus broke out and the whole country went into its first major lockdown.

If you're serious...

....about CrossFit or at least want to experience more about it, then this is definitely a book you should get your hands on. The more advanced athlete can use the true intent of this workout by following the 30-day schedule, others can use it as a source of inspiration and give multiple workouts a try. Effective ways of training by making it fun and accessible is the key to reaching people. In my opinion that is exactly what CrossFit does; training in an inclusive environment accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Being a former student...

...at TU Delft I know all about the stresses of working hard towards exams and graduation. Yet, keeping your mind sane and the body healthy and strong is one of the best things you can give yourself in order to be the best physical and mental version of yourself.

Do sports as often as you can and you'll do just fine as a student in Delft. Better yet, will you come and join my class once? Hope to see you there!
