Ballet Fit is a fun workout inspired by ballet, cardio and pilates! This workout combines elegant, fluid moves with powerful exercises that require muscle engagement without movement, also known as isometric strength training. With Ballet Fit, you will discover new ways to engage your muscles!

You do not have to be an experienced dancer; this ticket hour is for all levels. During the lessons, you will use dumbbells and do floor exercises on a mat. This training is designed to burn calories, shape postural muscles and build core strength!

Chamon Wieles

Chamon is currently studying for his master's degree in Engineering & Policy Analysis. With years of dance experience - with a focus on ballet, but also with experience in modern and ballroom - he will now be teaching for the first time. With Ballet Fit, he hopes to pass on his passion for sports and dance and make everyone leave each class with a good feeling.

Stella Kuijpers

Stella is a qualified dietician. She has years of experience in classical and modern ballet and started combining this with various forms of yoga. She likes to take people into her enjoyment of movement by combining fun music and flowing yoga postures during her classes.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Also, wear socks or ballet shoes.
