In our fast-paced lives, we often get caught up in thoughts about the past or worries about the future. With mindfulness, you learn to direct your attention to the present moment, resulting in increased clarity, tranquility, and overall well-being.
 

Are you a busy student struggling to find balance between studies, work and personal life? Do you sometimes feel social pressure or performance demands affecting your well-being? Then our Mindfulness course is really for you!

This intensive course is specially designed for university students where there is room for personal guidance and feedback from the trainer. You will also work at home on your daily mindfulness log, meditating and reading material.

You will develop skills to recognise and reduce stress, manage the flow of thoughts, deal with emotions and live life with more attention and self-care.

This course is a co-op with Career & Counselling Services.

My goal in my Mindfulness classes is to promote well-being, help reduce stress and empower everyone to live their, her or his best life. Mindfulness has had such a positive impact on me that I am inspired to share its benefits with others. I provide practical and down-to-earth guidance, with warmth and humour. I am qualified to teach in all core MBSR practices. Curious about my background?

  • 2019 graduated as a 'Level 1 MBSR Mindfulness & MBI Teacher' from Mindful Academy International (MAI).
  • 2020 established my own training school One Love Mindfulness.
  • Worked for almost 20 years as a Senior Lecturer at UN-IHE in Delft.

Practical Information

Book: you will read chapters from ‘‘The Mindful 20-something’. Meditation audio recordings will be made available.

Full attendance is important for end result.

Wear comfortable clothing and possibly bring a blanket.
