Held in the Botanical Garden of TU Delft, the Bonsai van het Westen festival offers an exquisite Bonsai exhibition, crafts market, lectures and Bonsai shaping workshops. In collaboration with the festival, X invites you to a workshop of Bonsai Tree shaping.
Are you curious about bonsai? Then you can’t miss this workshop!
Bonsai of the West is an event that revolves around the care and presentation of bonsai. It is the biggest Bonsai event in the Netherlands. The aim is to inspire and motivate bonsaiists and to introduce a wide audience to this unique hobby. In collaboration with the festival we invite you to a workshop of Bonsai shaping. If you have never formed a tree and are curious whether the hobby is for you, then please join our workshop! During the workshop you will receive guidance from experienced bonsaiists. And that's not all, the ticket for the workshop includes your own Bonsai tree and a free ticket for the festival Bonsai of the West. There will be a festive opening of the festival on Saturday at 10:00 am, as a participant you are also invited to come!
The Bonsai of the West festival will be held at TU Delft Hortus Botanicus and will be open on both days from 10:00 to 17:00.
