A seasoned professional chef will teach you exactly how to craft three-course meals, drinks and elegant table arrangements!

In this workshop culinary creativity meets the art of fine dining presentation. Learn how to balance flavors, textures, and temperatures to create dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.  Alexandre Clerin, founder of fine dining catering company ‘A chef in a box’, will be there to help you master the art of impeccable plating and presentation.

During the workshop, you'll be guided through the process of designing a three-course gourmet meal with perfectly paired wines. We’ll start off with plating a vegetarian starter and main course,  followed by the intricacies of plating desserts such as patisserie-based delights and an ice coupe. To complement the menu, we also delve into the world of wine pairing: discover how to select the perfect varietals to enhance the flavors of each course.

Participants will learn the importance of presentation beyond the plate. Discover the finer points of table setting and serving etiquette! All of this will be shown through a dinner from the kitchen of Alexandre, which you will get to enjoy.
