Biografie
Ik ben Hilde Remøy en ik ben Universitair Hoofddocent Vastgoedmanagement bij de afdeling Management in the Built Environment, Faculteit Bouwkunde, Technische Universiteit Delft.
Mijn onderzoek richt zich op transformatie als een duurzame vastgoedstrategie. Transformatie draagt bij aan vastgoedstrategieën voor het afstemmen van vraag en aanbod van gebouwen, locaties en portfolio's. Omdat de gebouwde omgeving van de toekomst al grotendeels bestaat, is transformatie belangrijk om kwaliteit te bereiken. In 2010 voltooide ik mijn promotieonderzoek aan de TU Delft, met focus op transformatie van leegstaande kantoren naar woningen. Binnen het brede thema van transformatie, focus ik op toekomstige gebruikswaarde, energie-efficiëntie en circulaire transformatie, op de schaal van het gebouw, de locatie en de portfolio.
