Wiljan ontving zijn bachelor in Electrical Engineering van de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in 2016 en zijn master in Electrical Power Engineering van de Technische Universiteit Delft in 2018.
Op dit moment is hij een PhD kandidaat in de DC Systems Energy Conversion & Storage groep, onderdeel van de Electrical Sustainable Energy afdeling
