Hanieh Khodaei, PhD. is researcher and lecturer in Entrepreneurship. Her research is aimed at high-tech academic spin-offs and more specific focused on the early growth stages and how the business model changes during the early firm development. The early stages of development are important in the direction the firm will take. The role of the team’s absorptive capacity, inclusion of an responsible innovation orientation and entrepreneurial orientation has specific interest in her research as well has the role of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and facilitators role and stakeholder environment in navigating start-ups’ growth critical junctures.
