Emyana Ruth E.S. is a PhD candidate in the Faculty Technology, Policy and Management, Department ESS, ICT section under the supervision of Professor Marijn Janssen and Dr. A.M.G. (Anneke) Zuiderwijk – van Eijk. Her research focuses on the Artificial Intelligence readiness which drives digital transformation in public sector. It explores the drivers and challenges for AI adoption in the public sector, and develop framework from multiple case study in some specific domains, and examine the usefulness of the enhanced framework.
