B. (Bahareh) Zohoori
Bahareh Zohoori works on the World Bank founded project regarding Bangladesh transport network resilience which aims to assess the vulnerability of the Bangladeshi transport network to natural disasters and future climate change and exploring potential adaptation options.
Bahareh obtained an industrial engineering master's degree from Malaysia University of Technology and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Iran. In her master thesis, she developed a novel production performance measurement technique by applying earned value analysis and fuzzy adaptive control. Bahareh has publications in the areas of healthcare simulation and production planning, and she was a teaching assistant at the National University of Malaysia.
Before her master studies, Bahareh worked in manufacturing industry in Iran for around 5 years as production planning expert and quality assurance manager. These industrial experiences helped her to have a deep understanding of what was taught during her academic training.
