"The members of X are very dear to me!"

If you know me,...

...you also know how much I love teaching classes at X. We're all different, but when we do our classes, we are one.

When X closed its doors,...

...I immediately started working on online content with my colleagues. I was e-mailing and calling all day, had a lot of meetings via Skype, FaceTime and Zoom. I was grateful that I could do this work, but I found myself digitally drained at the end of the day. I go offline and my friends totally understand why I don't always reply straight away.

Compared to other countries...

...the lockdown is not that strict here, so I don't want to complain. I miss going out for a meal with my pals, but what I miss the most is teaching live classes, travelling... and a hug from time to time. Sure, I try stroking my arm from time to time but it's just not the same. ;-)

I started...

...an outdoor corona workout club with friends. We see each other almost every day and everyone has workout suggestions. I suspect that for some of them it's their revenge moment for the tough love they received in my classes. It's a great way to stay fit, push our boundaries and catch some much needed vitamin D.

I can't wait...

...to teach live classes again!! The members of X are very dear to me! In the mean time you can find me via Zoom at X on Tuesdays with LBT/BBB at 18:30 and Wednesdays with Yogalates at 19:00.

We're all different, but when we do our classes, we are one.
