You are cordially invited to join us on our 12th Virtual Coffee and meet Drs. Pleun Hermsen, director of the Reflective Engineer programme. With this programme Pleun wants to make reflection the core competence in education at TU Delft and beyond. When students understand themselves and others, they are better equipped to work on complex, international and interdisciplinary issues. How do you reflect on your research and teaching? How do you reflect on your collaborations? And does this impact (gender) diversity and inclusion in academia?
