Our door is open

The affair at The Voice of Holland brought to the attention once again the importance of a safe working environment. Besides sexual harassment women can encounter other manifestations of harassment such as verbal and physical threats, not facilitating “special needs”, denigration, exclusion, and scientific sabotage. Transgressive behaviour is of course never permissible. If you want to share your personal experience or talk to us about creating safe working environments, our door is open.
