Health week!

Dive into X’s Health Week, where you will be encouraged to put your own spin on health socially, physically, mentally and spiritually. Whether you take small steps or go big, discover the benefits of a lifestyle that is as unique as you are.

From 18 to 24 March, a programme that takes you beyond the traditional approach is waiting for you. Health is not just about muscle training and dieting. It’s about finding your own rhythm with a positive effect on your mindset and realising that everyone’s needs are different.

Take time to reflect on your wellbeing. Let’s take small steps to continue 2024 in a healthy way, because we know that a balance in your physical, social, spiritual and mental health positively affects your daily life. Come to Health Week, reflect on what health means to you and experience some of the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

What is there to do?
Throughout the week, there are an incredibly wide range of activities taking place; from fitness tests and KaraYoga to a massage techniques workshop and learn all about hormones. The rich (mostly free) programme is open to everyone, even without an X-subscription.
