Deadlines
Your study may not go according to plan due to personal circumstances. If this is the case, reach out to your academic counsellor who can inform you about if and how the university can support you. There are three procedures: below you can find the application deadlines for the BSA delay, exemption of the MoMi requirements and possible financial assistance in the case of unforeseen circumstances (Profiling Fund):

Round 1 – deadline for application Wednesday 10th of April 2024: Postponement (tudelft.nl)
Deadline statement academic counsellor – Sunday the 7th of April 2024, so long students have been in contact and the application is complete.
Round 2 – deadline for application Friday 14th of June 2024: Postponement (tudelft.nl)
Deadline statement academic counsellor – Sunday 9th of June 2024, so long students have been in contact and the application is complete.

Deadline between the 8th and 15th of August 2024: Hearing and Appeal (tudelft.nl)

To apply for an exemption of the MoMi with an excusable reason, you can find the procedure and requirements here: MoMi Study Progress Monitoring (tudelft.nl).
Deadline for applications for the MoMi extension is the 31st of August 2024. It is advisable to make an appointment before the summer break, i.e. the second week of July, with the academic counsellor of your programme to discuss the procedure.

It is possible to apply for the Profiling Fund during the whole academic year: Financial assistance (RPF) in case of unforeseen circumstances (tudelft.nl)
It is advisable, however, to complete your application before the summer break, in July 2024.
