Graduation

If you have followed the above procedure and successfully completed the master thesis project (>5.8), you will receive the physical diploma at the end of the defence session. You need to sign the diploma to complete the degree audit procedure.  

The degree audit of MSc SET students takes place when all grades have been registered, which is in the first monthly meeting of the Board of Examiners after the defence session. MSc SET students follow a joint graduation ceremony and therefore do not receive the diploma immediately after the defence session.  

Unenrolment 

• You need to be enrolled for your thesis defence. 
• You will not be automatically unenrolled after graduation, you need to unenroll yourself via Studielink. 
• You do not need to be enrolled in order to receive the diploma supplement.
