Confidentiality

You are welcome for personal advice, help and various study-related questions. The academic counsellor offers you a listening ear and does not pass judgment. All submitted issues are treated confidentially. The academic counsellor can refer you if necessary.

After a meeting, the academic counsellor makes a note in Osiris in a protected environment. Only the TPM academic counsellors have access to these notes. Storing these notes is in the interest of the counselling, so that the academic counsellor can refer to previous notes during a follow-up appointment and so that another academic counsellor can take over the counselling if necessary.

TPM's academic counsellor work in accordance with the code of conduct of the National Association of Academic Counsellors, the LVSA. This code of conduct is an expression of the norms, values and desired attitudes of those who work in advisory positions in higher education.
