The TU Delft Executive Board has decided to allow physical exchange programmes to take place for the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023.
The risk of infection from COVID-19 remains unpredictable. Today, no one can say with certainty which Covid-19 restrictions in the Netherlands will continue to be necessary in the first semester, how the educational situation will develop and what it will look like (blended, online, on campus). However, we must emphasize the exchange student physical presence at TU Delft is required regardless of the number of courses that may be delivered online. A purely virtual mobility is not an option for any student.
Non-EU citizens must decide and adhere to the admission acceptance and payment deadlines to ensure receipt of an entry visa on time. It is the students own decision and responsibility as to whether they start a planned stay abroad at TU Delft. Students who have applied for an exchange programme for the first semester will receive an email regarding this.
