2nd Place in Excellent Innovation Award

The TU Delft team, a collaboration between DCE&S and HVT group members, has achieved a significant milestone. We secured the 2nd Place Excellent Innovation Award in the prestigious IEEE International Challenge in Design Methods for Power Electronics. This challenging competition, which ran from March to December 2023, saw participation from 40 teams across 17 countries. Our team's exceptional performance was recognized with this award at the APEC 2024 ceremony in Long Beach, US.
Our team's success in the challenge was not just about winning an award. It was a testament to our ability to leverage machine-learning approaches to achieve outstanding designs and modelling in power electronics.
