MSc electives

Introduction

The third semester of the MSc programme is reserved for electives. As from September 2016, students in one of the IDE MSc programs need to complete 30 EC of elective courses. The third semester enables students to personalise their profile. Students may choose to specialise in a domain, broaden their knowledge, deepen their skills or achieve a combination of these.

Students may choose courses and projects offered by the IDE faculty, but there are also a many opportunities outside our faculty. Students may take courses at another faculty of TU Delft or go to another university in or outside the Netherlands. In the new structure it is also possible to take an internship of at least 10 weeks.
