We advise to apply during the first round. You can apply for either Autumn or Spring semester of the next academic year during the first round. Selection will be based on all your application documents with as most important factor your GPA. During the second round, you can only choose from the places which were not filled during the first round and you can only apply for Spring semester. If you upload the right documents and are eligible, the 'left over' places will be awarded on a first-serve-first-come basis.
