Since January 2018...
...I became a member and have been consistently going to X. Actually, back then, there was no X but just the Sports and Cultural center. My first impression was very positive; I felt welcomed by the staff and the atmosphere. Before that it was difficult, since I was not used to working out consistently.
Definitely...
...one of my greatest achievements, and what I'm really proud of, is going from not working out to working out five to six times a week while enjoying every bit of it. I have put on quite a lot of muscle and have a completely different body which shows my hard work. But aside from my efforts, the trainers have helped me throughout the years by answering questions, giving me workout schedules and tips, and overall motivation and encouragement. This was especially helpful in the first year. Now I am at a point where I don't need any external motive for working out as it is an integral part of my life.

....the birth of X, there is a lot of change in my eyes. It was definitely a big improvement going from the Sports and Cultural Centre to this entity called X. The design, concept, and atmosphere were greatly improved. I felt even more welcomed and a part of the organisation as time passed. When entering X, the vibrant environment is quite interesting, and it has been getting better and better over time. Also, the diversity of activities has increased quite a bit, which is amazing.

...X for fitness; however, but I have also visited different group lessons throughout the years. They have been varying depending on my fitness goals. I think there is a great variety of activities and events at X, and there's something for everyone. So, I really recommend students to try new classes and events. You never know what you might find out about yourself when doing so! X offers a safe space and a warm atmosphere to expand out of your comfort zone.
