The project includes the following work:
- Design and fabrication of carrier selective passivating contacts for wafer based c-Si solar cells.
- Development of novel c-Si solar cell architectures aiming to minimize charge-carrier recombination.
- Design of Passivated Rear and Front ContacTs (PeRFeCT) architecture.
Application of passivating contacts in PeRFeCT c-Si solar cell architectures with VOC higher than 695 mV.
