The practical organization (course content, maximum and minimum number of the students’ participation and the schedule during the mentioned week,class hours, course material, method of examination, class rooms) is done by the teacher.
The sum of € 1000 is offered to the docent/research group/ faculty as contribution for the course. The payment of€ 1000 shortly after the end of the session.
The logistic, accommodation and social programme for the students, it is arranged by Education Service Centre.
The exact number of selected students will be communicated one month before the start of the session.
Your presence during the opening session (Monday morning) and the Closing Ceremony (Friday 5 pm) is highly appreciated.
Each problem during the ATHENS week or absence of an ATHENS student should immediately be reported to the ATHENS coordinator.
The marks of the students should be handed in through email at the latest 1 month after the end of the session.
